  15. Without a "decent" graphics card, doing modeling or setting up the
  16. animation with Lightwave on a 586 is a funny thing indeed. Modeling on
  17. Amigas is SO MUCH better, as is setting up the animation.

  19. Rendering is far faster on the 586, but then I would expect it to be. It
  20. IS a more modern chip. And rendering on a MIPS or any RISC chip makes the
  21. Pentium look like a 486, IMHO.
